My golf subscription has renewed but is not active. What should I do?

1 - Checking for Updates

To resolve most issues, it is recommended to ensure that both your phone and watch are updated with the latest software versions (iOS and watchOS), and that the TAG Heuer Golf application is also updated.

  1. Check for software updates on your phone (iOS): Settings > General > Updates.
  2. Check for software updates for your watch (watchOS).
  3. Check for updates for the TAG Heuer Golf application on the App Store.

2 - Restoring Purchases

If all updates have been performed and the issue persists, follow these steps to restore a purchase:

  • Open the TAG Heuer Golf application on your iPhone.
  • Go to the "Watch" menu.
  • Select "My Subscription".
  • Choose "Restore Purchases".

Important: This step is crucial if you are experiencing issues accessing paid features.


3 - Reinstalling the Application

If restoring purchases did not resolve the issue, it is suggested to perform a complete reinstallation of the application:

  1. Uninstall the TAG Heuer Golf application.
  2. Download the application again from the App Store.
  3. Log back into your TAG Heuer Golf account
  4. Start a new round with the mobile application.
  5. Launch TAG Heuer Golf with your watch to check if the subscription has been restored.

Note: If you cannot find your saved rounds when logging back, it is most probably because you have connected yourself to another account.
